Education

Justin is a seasoned attorney who represents plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes, complex commercial litigation.  His experience is extensive, spanning a broad range of industries, jurisdictions, and legal challenges, including securities fraud claims, shareholder derivative actions, bankruptcy litigation, RICO claims, and cross-border contract disputes.  In each case, Justin’s focus is client service, and he achieves outcomes tailored to the client’s goals through shrewd, discerning, and tenacious advocacy.

Publications:

Justin was a principal drafter of the consumer protection chapter in Commercial Litigation in New York State Courts (5th edition), whose authors received the 2021 New York County Lawyers Association Conspicuous Service Award.

Public Service:

Justin has served as pro bono counsel to underserved individuals facing deportation; petitioning for asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile status, and child support; and suing to enforce their civil rights.  He has also served as an intern in the Organized Crime Unit of the Office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts; a research assistant for the Harvard’s Access to Justice Lab; the pro bono coordinator for an international law firm; an investigator intern for the Legal Aid Society; and an intern in the Catholic Charities Unaccompanied Minors Program, which represents immigrant children in deportation proceedings.
