Jennifer represents hedge funds, real estate investment funds, private equity and other institutional investor clients in a wide variety of securities and complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts. Jennifer’s practice focuses in particular on litigation recovery and return strategies under the federal securities law, and under credit agreements and related contracts on behalf of debt-investors. Jennifer also has experience counseling clients regarding government investigations into potential securities law violations.
Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer clerked for the Hon. Janet DiFiore, Chief Judge of the New York Court of Appeals, and for the Hon. Jaynee LaVecchia, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
Jennifer is a contributor to the RKS Valuation Litigation and Shareholder Rights (VLSR) blog, a clearinghouse for news and analysis involving global issues of shareholder and investor rights, including investor’s ability to use appraisal litigation to preserve value in mergers and other corporate events.
