Representative Matters

  • One of Alex’s notable achievements occurred during a bench trial in the Central District of California, where he played a crucial role in defending a client against $18,086,232.00 in alleged damages. In the case of U.S. Sec. Holdings, Inc. v. Andrews (No. CV212263DSFMRWX, 2022 WL 3368565, C.D. Cal. Aug. 15, 2022), the Court ruled in his client's favor, awarding only $1 in nominal damages, which was a dramatic reduction from the original claim.
